Our Philosophy is derived from our experience.

Building cooperation in communities is a complex task because of diversified needs of communities with mature people serving to strive for common objective. The challenge here is not only to deal with diversified needs of every community but to become aware of the people believes and then plan effectively and efficiently. The task can efficiently achieve with the help of automated tools which are also in their prototyping phase in writegroupz.

As a first step to build cooperation in communities, analysts at cooperative learning institute perform community analysis that helps them to understand the diversified needs of the community. Understanding the needs of community will be an output of the area where the community is working, their objectives and mission, procedures to accomplish their mission.

Most important thing while working for communities is to understand that people who are working in community are mature enough and has already build their believes about cooperation, collaboration and learning to learn i.e. some people will be happy enough what they are doing and they do not want to share their knowledge because of competition.

Mature people at work with different believes along with the nature of community made it a real challenge to devise an appropriate strategy where peers will be ready to work and act together to achieve common objective.

Designers at cooperative learning institute then build interdependencies among the resources which will be devised and designed in two directions
  1. Peer to peer dependency
  2. Hierarchy based dependencies
Modeling will be very complex when people in hierarchy want to maintain a status-quo and do not want people to grow and compete.

Separate models are then prepared for the management heading the community about the challenges not taking the names of individuals and planned for some policy level enhancements, changes in the standard operating procedures of the community.

All the data will feed into automated tool to generate specific tests for the assessment of level at which cooperation build into the organization/community.

Cooperation levels in the organization are categorized into following levels
  1. Excellent cooperation among all levels
  2. Good cooperation between peers
  3. Cooperation exist at lower level but not at middle management level
  4. Willingness is there but need more time and effort
Note: Not willing to build cooperation level does not exist. More time and effort require building cooperation.

People at cooperative learning institute are highly motivated and enthusiastic to work for a cause that if propagated at broader levels then there will build a global community on earth where every one will be working to facilitate every one with noble intentions and hence will make the earth a loving and peaceful place. This can only be achieved through a stepwise process where we all need to work to build cooperation in the following bodies of our society as per their priority.
  1. Schools (next generation will be cooperative, but that also require parents must also believe in it)
  2. Communities
  3. Society
  4. State/Country
  5. World.
